This notice explains how Remedy Care Services Ltd ("we", "us") uses information you give us through this website, by email, phone or WhatsApp. It covers website enquiries only. People we support, and our staff, receive separate privacy information.

What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- What your enquiry is about, and the message you send us.
Please don't send detailed personal, health or care information through the website form. If you are making a referral, we will arrange a secure way to share that information.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and keep in touch about it.
- To start a referral, discuss a property, or progress a job application, if that is what you contacted us about.
We use your information because we have a legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or because you have asked us to take steps before entering into an agreement with us. Where a referral involves health or care information, we handle it for the purpose of providing health and social care, under UK data protection law.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. Our website host stores messages sent through the contact form on our behalf. When a referral goes ahead, we may share information with the professionals involved in the person's care, such as social workers and health teams.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them. General enquiries that don't lead to a referral, a property agreement or a job application are deleted within 12 months.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when you visit.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, or to stop using it. Email us at info@remedycareservices.co.uk.
